voicemail problem..
I'm a verizon customer and I've call their
customer service and seems nobody knows what to do. Here's my problem, when I retrieved
my voice mail it would ask my password, after I
put my password number there will be a recording that says "at the tone pls. record
your name and the time of the day". I never
have this problem before. Anybody with similar problem? How do I get rid of this recording.
Before after I put my password it would go straight to the message.

this is a long shot, but add # between and at the end of your password
so when it prompts you to put in password, put:
# 1234 #
try that, if that doesn't work, then i have no idea
