YOUR HONEST OPINION

PSKKJM

I want as many peoples opinions as posible. Here is the question.

I am not eligibly fo my New Every Two until May 31. I want the 9800. There is no ther phone I want. I have a fully operational VX-7000. I could upgrade and get the phone for $199 now, or wait till May 31 and hope to get it for $299-100-100=$99.

Under these circumstances, what would you do?

Thanks for your input.

in my HONEST OPINION i would say WAIT until May and then get it then.

I was met the same case as you, except my phone was completely broken, i did not have insurance, and either way i would have to buy a new phone ANYWAYS. but in your case you have a fully operational vx7000. so i say save your money and get the 9800 later

Now what are your thoughts. I talked to Verizon and they said they can give it to me for $249 with a $100 mail-in rebate. That would be $149 after rebate. Is it really woth waiting 3 months for $50?

well then since your thing ends in a few months, you can't force cancel a contract..

so you also need to figure in how much you'll be paying for that other phone every month :|

No. According to the woman I spoke with last night, she said they are running an Upgrade Promotion. I can start a new contract now. Thje only thing I lose is the New Every Two Discount I would have gotten in June.

😁 I decided to go with the 8100. I have 15 days to evaluate it when it comes.

The sad part of getting a new phone is that you lose the programs that you purchased. I wish Verizon would credit you for them when you repurchase them. 😡

$149 with a $50 rebate.
