LG V VX-9800
MAJOR DEFECT
ive had this phone since1/1/06 and it was replaced by verizon in jan because it kept shutting down when i went to the menu or contacts without any mp3 or downloads or even bitpim so they replaced it. Guess what it just happened again on a new replacement phone???? it just shuts off??? nothing is even saved to the phone.
2nd can some one help me with the vid can i goe threw bitpim to put vid on phone from comp? i tranferd 1 thing and it was nlack wit no sound. thanks for readin

Ok you seem to be getting a lot of issues with the phone.
First thing i suggest you do is ask for a BRAND spanking new vx9800 if possible.
THen as soon as you can, tell them to upgrade your Software to version 02. This fixes a lot of shutdown problems. It did for me.
now to load videos on to your phone. follow this website:

scroll down to the part about video..and follow that.
i suggest using "3GP_Converter034" to do all your video converting. Dont use anything else. IT wont work, and you'll get problems, like no sound.
I used ImToo previously, its a nice program, but has MAJOR frame rate issues, as the phone can only display 15 frames/sec correctively, thats why you ...
