For those of you who have ordered from Verizon's online store..
How long did it take for you to get an item or items that you ordered? According to the invoice that I printed out after placing the order, it said normal delivery in 2-5 business days. Well, it's now been one week, and I still haven't received my order.
Of course, when I check the status of the order online, it just says that my order has been received, and check the status again tomorrow. Ugh!! 😕

if it says 2-5 business days it usually means 5 FULL business days +/- 1 day for unforseen conditions. if you have not recieved your item in 7 FULL BUSINESS DAYS. then call them. Business days ONLY count from Monday to Friday.
So if you ordered your item on a Monday, you will not get it on Friday, you will get it either Monday next week or Tuesday.

Just ordered from Verizon. Did indeed take 5 business days. I received the tracking number from Verizon the 6 days after the order. They do require a signature.

placed my order online .. got my comfirmation email but after 5 days they never even took the money from my account
I called verizon and they said the order was placed but never completed .. I had to go thru it again over the phone and they over nighted it for free

I have always gotten stuff I order online in about 2 days! Maybe it's just my location, I don't know. Anyway...they DO require signature, but you can leave a note with your signature if your not there when it arrives. Also, when you place an order, you can call after about 24 hours and ask for your tracking number then go online and see exactly when it's going to be delivered.

I realize that VZW requires a signature when your order is delivered. At this point, I haven't even received a tracking number, as mentioned. I'm giving it until Wednesday, and if I still haven't received any further information or my order, then I'm calling the number that another poster mentioned on this thread. I believe it is for VZW's regional office. 🙄

Just talked to a online rep over the phone yesterday and they said they are extremely backed up right now. He said most orders weren't even getting looked at for a few days after submitted. Stupid sale on V3C's if i had to guess the reason. spoke to him because he was recommending most customers head to the stores to avoid the wait.

I guess I am one of those blessed lucky ones... I ordered the V (with the holster and Plantronics headset) at about 11pm on 3/13 and got everything on 3/15.
When I ordered it, it gave me a Fedex Std overnight for free. It shipped out of the Ontario (So. Cal) facility to me in No. Cal.
