you chould always take the video you want to loop into a program like windows movie maker or adobe premiere pro and force it to loop serveral times before it stops, but this way sounds very very ineffecient.
doesn't video as a screen saver already loop?
if you set a video as a wallpaper or something, it will auto play it.
are there even such things as Video Ringtone? O_o i do not know of this function
