KEYPAD VOLUME OUTSIDE

does anyone know how to lower or turn off keypad volume on the outside buttons?

Yup yup. Open the V. Press (menu)
Press right 2 times (Settings & tools)
Press 3 (Sound)
Press 4 (Keypad volume)
