LG V VX-9800
2gig miniSD
Fletch33 reports that the vx9800 cannot use anything larger than 1GB. "pArTy b0y!" on Mobiledia confirms 1GB max in his review too. Ironic that LG has *nothing* re: supported SD sizes on their sites. I'll let you know what I find when my 2GB mod arrives next week.
After having it only 3 days, I'm still much a noob with this phone, but here are some links to info I've found useful. (BitPim is soo cool!) Can anyone share a way to fully activate OBEX on the V?

My 15-day phone trial with my 9800 was more than half over Sunday. Given I also wasn't happy with our 2GB-SD dilem...

Put the card in your V phone first and access the various PIX, FLIX, menu options. You won't see any files, but the phone will create the default directory structures it needs on the card. Then remove the card from phone and mount in your laptop. You'll see from Win Explorer the various directories into which files need to be placed. Copy you stuff i...
