LG V VX-9800

I d.l the application for Mobile AIM couple of weeks ago. Everything worked fine until now. Mobile AIM loads up but does not sign me in; it keeps giving me the signing on loading bar.

I tried to delete/erase the application but it still remains on my phone.

anybody know what the problem is?

Why can't I delete it off my phone?

Would i have to reset my phone completely? How do i do that?
