Verizon confused?

I just went to my local Verizon store to take a look at this phone. I asked about the Verizon Navigator function, and was told that it was not available on this phone yet, if I wanted the feature, I would have to get a Motorola phone. Am I missing something or is someone confused?

Your rep was very misinformed. The 9800 does a wonderful job utilizing the VZ Navigator feature. I have used it and it works so well with the inside screen of this phone. It is an application you download from Get It Now's Get Going for $9.99/month or $2.99/day.

I must agree, I have the VZ Navigator feature on my phone and I love it. It works just like the one in a car. It's very accurate and I just love when I get there and it tells me that my destination is on the left/right. Amazing. It even calculates arrival times.

When I first started asking about this feature I was getting the same kind of information you are. I even spoke with someone on the phone and they knew nothing about it. You'll love it though. I have the $10/Mo subscription but if you are not sure about it, you can use it for $3/day.
