i use IMTOO video converter and it works very good,however the volume is pretty low does anyone hav suggestions on how to make it louder becuse the volume on the phone is all the way uop but its still pretty low

i just left cingular and came to verizon nd the experience was the best. i have yet to have a dropped call. i have the lg phone because it has "get it now" and im pleased with the service. i travel a lot up and down interstate 295 from washington to baltimore everyday and never have problems. the phone camera is great as well as the many other features. im glad i ve joined the V-wagon and can talk to people without dropping calls.

i got the 9800 i got the memory card reader and a data cable with the cd bitpim does not recognize my phone do ineed drivers? can some one please help i just want to put movies on the phone and get ringtones..help

I just purchased the 9800 on Monday, I was wondering what are the latest software updates and if any of the updates removed a lot of GIN stuff (like the 8100 update).

Don't you just love Verizon. The LG9800 is on sale on their website for $299, but if I upgrade my phone if costs $419. I am not breaking my contract, I am transferring it to another one of their phones. I just think this is unfair. I want the 9800, but I am not eligible for the Free Every Two years till June 1 and I am afraid it won't be around then. But, $419 is too much money.

I need to know if I have a problem...lol...I'm on my lg 9800 about 10 hours everyday...Is this normal?How many hours do "you guys" normally spend on your lg 9800?

Hello - I've reached the tipping point... I have enough data on my lg 9800 that I'll be REALLY upset if I lose it (the data). So, I bought a 256k mini SD and an USB card reader. I'm all set - equipment wise. Can anyone tell me how to save my important stuff from the phone on to my SD card - so I can back it up onto my laptop? Also, regarding moving stuff from my computer to my LG 9800 - any suggestions about where to look up fun stuff I can do with pictures, songs, etc?

I was using my friends sidekick and i liked the way it typed. It was rather easy. For people who have had experience with both...Are the buttons about the same size and is it very easy to text with it? Thanks

😡 My contract is not up till August 2. I contacted Verizon and was told I could Upgrade and get my New Every two years discount as of May 1. I wish I could do it sooner. By then, this will probably be discontinued. It has everything I want.

When I look at this phone when I check the signal strength I see The EV (EVDO) and 1X. But my question is why does the EVDO and the 1X have a different signal strength sometimes? Example I have 4 bars of EVDO and 3 bars of 1X. Thanks

I can't believe that they got rid of Ringer ID on the 9800. 👿

Problem was that the flash would not sync with the shutter. The flash would fire about 1 full second before the shutter opened causing the flash to be totally inffective. Had take it in for a software update to v2.
Works great now.

Aren't there any bluetooth stereo headsets that you can use for the lg vx9800?

I currently have a VX7000 and I will be getting a VX9800. What all will I be able to transfer from one unit to the other using the data cable and my PC? Games? Pix? Vids? Ring tones?

Is it possible to sync the 9800 with outlook and vice versa without paying for any extra services from verizon? I want to use it like the PIM functions of a PDA (contacts and calender only) so I don't really need or want any of the other smartphone/PDA functions or price. Thanks.

What are the "My Sounds" good for if you can't use them for ringtones? Or is there a way to do this?

The sample midi sounds, sound good. But what's the point?
