motorola phone tools 4.0 help?
i have ordered off of e-bay motorola phone tools 4.0 with data cable. its just keep intalizing and intalizing and never connects. my phone is a v323. do i need to do sumthing else? please help, thanks ~adam~

I have tried with two 323 phones, both US Cellular, neither would connect.
I have had no problems with the now discontinued V262 phones, with numerous ones functioning quite well with phone tools.
I will not switch phones till they clear up that issue.
I may have to switch to a Razor, my wife has that and it works great.
Coolest feature, the way you can make your own ringtones from your own mp3 library!
