Nokia 8801 / 8800

I travel to Europe a few weeks a year. If I have the 850 version (8801), will it work in Europe? Thanks..

Any more info on this phone coming out, how it will be branded/upgraded etc? What will the benefit be of getting this phone through T-mobile, as the price approaches the internet unlocked price? Thanks!!
