Ringtones through vzwpix

Does anyone know can you get ringtones doing the vzwpix on this phone or did they disable it.
can someone let me know

Send an MP3 to your phone in an e-mail attachment to [email protected], then after recieving it on your phone, go to inbox, open it, choose "save sound". Then go to My_sounds, select it, hit options, which is where you can set it as a ringtone.

but is there a limit on the size of the file or the length of it? 300kb? 30sec? thanks!

I'm not sure the limit, I've always sent the ones I have at around 30-40 seconds, because by then voicemail picks up anyway, so you only need a short clip.
