How about you describe what is bothering you about this phone? I have some shortcomings with Sanyo: personally I feel the earpiece voulme is too low on most models but they are great quality phones with cool colors available and are very reliable... The 8300 adds 30-sec video and MM over the 8200 and is only $300, cheaper than the 5500 with pretty much the same features...
