Sony Ericsson W600i / W550i
W600i and iSync...
I am looking to get a W600i as soon as it's out. But I want to know about syncing it with Apple's iSync. I know it's not a supported device.
Or will I have to just copy each address to the phone via the address book?
any ideas?

Yeah I saw that. But that doesn't tell me if it will sync via Apple's iSync...

I had this issue before the K750i was supported.
The way to do this is to export the entire address book as a vcard, and import it to the phone. It will work well every change you make to the address book will require toy to add reimport the vcard of the book each time.
It is a viable solution until isync works.

The way to do this is to export the entire address book as a vcard, and import it to the phone thru bluetooth. It will work well except every change you make to the address book on your mac will require you to reimport the vcard of the book each time.

so I'm a newbie -- I want a W600, how long do you think it will be before iSync support and are you positive it will get it?

One thing you can count on with Apple is that no one knows for sure until it is there. They are the masters of keeping info under wraps. I never by anything for my Mac on the hopes that Apple will add support for it later!
