Need help ASAP
My parents have a Samsung SGH-x497 and we just bought it too. Well my dad had it in his pocket and all of a sudden it went dead. We've charged it and kept trying to turn it on and it wont show any signs of life!! What can I do! someone please help, thanks

There should be a one year warranty with a new unit purchased.
