OBEX Update Courtesy of wnrussel - Great news!

If yah look @ the flash site, which is: http://www.vzwshop.com/razr/ , It says BT connects to BT enabled Headsets, PCs 😁 , sunglasses and more. However, if you look @ the 'details', noted in the very small print below, it clearly says:

"The V3c supports BT profiles for wireless hands-free accessories, It does not support Object Exchange (OBEX)profiles, including files/object transfers of ringtones, games, pictures and videos"

So, what could this mean ? Maybe it will only support wireless Internet connections for PCs via the V3c (vzw network).

But why cripple it if you could transfer files/objects with sync cables ? Only makes my day harder, when I'm searching for the cable...... Speaking of, is the mini usb compatible w/ oth...

Page 21 of the CDMA V3c User's manual says it all. Clearly in black & white.

The PDF link found by mnm101 is from Motorola, so the menu selections may not apply on the VZW units.

The V3c from Verizon has the new ugly red Verizon interface.

The Alltel model has the original Motorola menu selections.

Both Versions have OBEX support, including Object Exchange.
