Don't get too excited: VZW order delay
Just spoke with customer service as to why my order status still says "check back tomorrow" and was told that the online order dept. is backlogged with holiday sales and order PROCESSING will take approx. 5 days.
Early birds will likely not get the new RAZR until after its in the VZW stores. Oh well... the price we pay for not having to deal with the mail-in rebate.

I ordered from *611, and I'm already tracking the package. Maybe that's just for the website orders? I should have mine tomorrow!!!

tracking package and it is on vehicle. so depend on what time you placed order.

I placed my order on-line tuesday night after 11:00pm and I am currently tracking it on fed-ex for delevery today. If you waited to order it there will surely be a delay, considering how many people have been waitign for this phone.

I ordered it at 7:00am on the 7th, got a tracking number by 2:30pm, and was on it's way from Memphis, TN last night. Scheduled delivery for today(8th) by 3:00pm.

Yea, I ordered mine at 230am (tues night/wed am) and still says check back tomorrow. I was hoping I would have tomorrow, but looks like next week. Getting the $100 off the phones instantly vs mailing in a rebate and waiting 6-8 weeks for the $100 rebate check made it worth it.

Newbie here...ordered at midnight on 7th got email yesterday stating: order processed and will be delivered in 2 or 3 days. Where are the tracking numbers coming from?

Did you order online, or from *611? I ordered from *611, and they gave me an overnight option. That's where I got the tracking number from.

Ordered online but called customer service tonight and received the tracking number. Rep even looked up the current FedEx report for me. Should be here tomorrow afternoon or early evening. 🙂
