My brother has the 8100 and i noticed that u can make a video that uve taken as ur wallpaper background. is this feature available with the V3c? Thanks i appreciate it.

Sadly I was really looking forward to this option since my old Audiovox and Samsungs both had nice moving fish tank gifs as a background and this brand new $400 Razr cannot ☹️ .
