For people who complain that there's no 2.5mm jack on the V3c so therefore there's no way to use a non-bluetooth headset... PLEASE DO YOUR RESERACH...

ON Verizon's own website, there is a wired stereo headset made by Moto shown as an accessory for the Razr, with 2 earbuds and a mic. They show it selling for $29, but currently out of stock. So, eventually, you can get it at Verizon.

So what, even though it does happen to have a headset out there , you have to use Motorola's brand and NO ONE ELSES. Talk to anyone that sells MOTOROLA PRODUCTS . They have more products than anyone that are returned.

Why would you buy there products if you have to keep returning them over and over.

This have been going on for years. I worked in this industry for years . Stick to LG if you want reliable products.. NOT motorola....

Read review here on Razr mega problems with this phone.

the phone may suck but you really need to know your stuff before you post a review where you say you cannot use a headset when it comes with the one that plugs into the usb connection.

T-Mobile packages their phones with a wired headset and the razr is no exception. Plugs in via mini USB. The reason that motorola has a lot of stuff returned and a lot of their phones repaired is because they have more phones out worldwide than anyone else. A new study released showed motorola and LG overtaking nokia for the #1 and #2 spots for manufacturer satisfaction. Common sense: the more product you release, the greater chance for possible issues to arise.
