Motorola RAZR V3c
POLL: VZW Red User Interface or Phones Original UI ??
Who here feels that Verizon has completely revoked our rights as consumers by changing the phones original user interface, by crippling the bluetooth, and restricting where we can purchase ringtones for our phones.
Personally I have about had it with VZW. They took a really nice phone (Raze V3C) and destroyed it.
I have not read one positive review or heard anyone speak highly of it based on the delays, UI, buzzing and humming, speakers not working, and a host of other issues.
May I ask any techs here exactly what it is they test for months on end in the field???
Sure as heck is not the phones themselves!!!
BTW I prefer the original Moto UI

well first off i agree, and disagree with some things. Personally i like the vzw alot, its simple and stuff, sure the motorola one is definately nice but my opinion is the vzw one. But i do agree they are restricting our rights as consumers by blocking bt and having to buy through get it now. But then again in our co0ntracts it doesnt say anywhere about us being able to have those rights lol. So technically they rnt rights, but i understand wut ur saying tho and its does get frustrating to a point. but eventually u just have to accept it or leave vzw theres reallyu ntohing u can fight cause u cant win, unless everyone aroound the world old and young boycotts vzw, which is highlyyy doubtfulll but its worth a try 😛

I agree with your reply. Truthfully I would say that 1/4 of Verizons customers could hit the high road and take their business elsewhere and VZW could care less.
For us as consumers we must adopt that same attitude/thinking. I could care less at this point who's corporate logo is on my billing statement as long as they give me some freedom to do what I want.....like ringtones, user interfaces, etc..
For us it looks like Cingular, sure their CS is terrible but...
