Has anyone noticed that the top of their keypad is loose? I took back mine once already and the same thing is happening. Anyone know if the GSM Razr does this? thanks

Both of mine are loose as well. A little disappointing for such a hyped up phone. I was really expecting a quality product.

My keypad and buttons are fine. Everything is tight as a drum. Knock on wood.

This is a perfect phone... Mine has that little rattle too but I mean its not loose enough to rattle while you walk... It obviously is not going to come apart...

stop bugging to poor phone and poking its soft spots untill it breaks... you got a quality phone enjoy it for a year and there will be better ones next year... trust me....dont take it back keep it..

I made a post about this last week, as I found it very concerning

The first one I received was really loose, so I exchanged it for another one. The one I have now is nowhere near as loose as the one I had previously. But it seems to be a norm - a very slight flex at the top. The GSM version has a button at the top middle, which is why I assume the CDMA's looseness. I would compare it to many other V3c's to be sure that it's not just a really defective one.
