problems with bluetooth and my mac
i can not get files to transfer between my razr and my mac, the profile on the apple says that my phone is obex, but evertime i try to transfer a file a get a weird error message, i do not know if everything is set up right, can someone point me in the right direction!

I have a mac and I've successfully transferred pictures without a problem. Do you have the device set up as a phone? Also have you tried to shut both the phone and the mac down, restart and try again?

whats the error and make sure your putting the files in the correct folder in the phone.. you will get errors if you try to save to a location that you can't

I don't think you can transfer it directly from iTunes, but if might be able to transfer it directly from your music library on you HD. Just find the MP4 file in your finder and drag and drop. I don't know that it will work, but what have you go to lose?

That sucks. Wish I could help more, but like I said, I really have no will to transfer and entire song onto the phone.
One last thought, have you tried saving the song you want to move as a different format other than .m4a?

That I can't help you with. The only thing I have used the file transfer on is pix for picture caller ID and wallpaper.

if you are purchasing songs from Itunes you can not use those songs due to the file format.. you need to make your songs mp3s as long as its in mp3 format it will play and yes clips made in garage band or another editor I use motorola phone tools as long as its mp3 format it will work
