Download and install BVRP's Driver Tool: http://www.bvrp.com/Customers/Motorola/Driver Tool.zip Run MPT (then LiveUpdate) and go to: setup/generalsetup/communication, click "change modem" and click next. Choose your modem from the list and click next. Check the "Do not automatically select the driver, select from a list" and click next. You should see "cdma phone" on the left and model #'s on the right. Choose "v3c", click finish> Multimedia Studio should no longer be grayed out. Enjoy... 😁

Whoa, so Multimedia Studio is now working with V3c? Is there a new update above 3.28?
...
No, I have version 3.28 If Multimedia Studio worked right off the bat, would I have detailed instructions on how to MAKE it work? Why don't you USE your head instead of giving it?

Okay, someone is touchy feely. Before your asinine comment gets the best of you, I was genuinely asking you a question.
