MPT F***D up my RazR V3c
First off the Driver messed up my computer...sence I installed the driver for the MPT.... when I turn my computer on after it gets to the windows xp screen I get the blue screen with all the writing on it then it restarts my computer......2nd the driver has f8cked up my RazR....I tried to send a pix message on my phone and got a Nation access coverage not available I called up Verizon customer service and they told me that your phone has a defect or you attached it to your pc and somehow a worm has gotten into the phone......

I'm sorry to hear. What did they recommend in terms of fixing the phone?
I will be calling customer service soon I guess. Even before I connected the Razr to my computer, I've been getting that National Access coverage not available message. I exchanged the phone for another Razr and am still getting that message.

They told me to take it back and exchange it for another phone.......... Im guessing it wont fix the problem if I am goign to still have the same memory and chip batterie in the other phone.... any ideas people?? on how to fix this...

I called Verizon customer service the guy was an idiot.. He told me to take out the batterie from the back of the phone while the phone was on so I did then he told me to put it back and turn on then after it was one dial *228 then option 1 to program your phone.... but everytime I program my phone the computer on the phone says "you phone has been successfully programed" but then I get a message on my phone that says "Activation failed" .......... after this happend I restarted my phone...

your wrong, my razr did that too before i even started using MPT, you just have to call verizon and they do a fix and that never happens again. (the national access coverage)

I did call the best they told me was to push *228 and update my phone..... then the guy said you need to take it back again and talk to the store......what did you ask to get fixed when you called
