Verizon Moto V3c Problems, and how to delete pics & ringtones??

Hopefully none of this stuff is a duplicate:

First problem I noticed is the clock does not update in real time, it takes going into a menu and exiting, or a call or the like for the clock to update. Also, no matter how many times the directions say so I CANT get it to vibrate & ring at the same time. At my local store the manger said both probs are "glitches" that I have to wait for software updates to come out for, with no ETA of course. Does anyone else have this problem?

How do I delete ringtones I downloaded? Or better yet, is it possible to delete preloaded tones & pics to free up space?

Obviously Im new, any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

There is no Vibe+ring tone option on the Verizon version, word on the street is that they will fix that in an update within the next couple months. As for the clock, there are people that have that problem, although I don't have that problem. Again, they are supposed to fix that.

As for ringtones and pix, you can't delete the rintones and pix that were preinstalled on the phone can't be deleted. To edit the ones that you have installed or saved, go to the Get it Now menu (arrow right) from the main screen. Opt 1 "Get Tunes and Tones" is to edit your tones or download new ones. Opt 2 "Get PIX & FLIX" is where you will find pix and wallpaper.

Hope that helps

As far as deleting the factory installed stuff, arent people succeding at that by hacking the phone?

Yes they are, but you can really mess up the phone doing that. If you want to do it, go to Howard Forums, they have the way to do it, just don't complain if you try it and the phone stops working.
