Motorola RAZR V3c

This afternoon I went to my verizon store to bring back my 2nd razr. 1st razr had a horribly loose key pad, 2nd one had distortion on volume 5-7 and a slightly loose keypad, and both had terribly misaligned battery clips. the tech there replaced it without even testing it and brought out "replacement" razr's. I said no I want a new one. he said thats fine just bring me the box with everything in it. Went to my car and got it, and i got my new razr. i asked to check it nd low and behold: MUCH BETTER. keypad is solid all around, battery clip is almost perfect, and only slight distortion static sound on volume 7. i am so delighted and spoke with him and he said despite what other techs say, they have been getting a ton of returns and are in dir...
