Answering open phone

I just got the Verizon RAZR V3c on Wednesday, and have had fantastic call quality, marginal battery life, and a strong appreciation of the form factor and build quality of this phone. The Verizon UI is tragic, and I got the phone knowing this would be the one reason I might not keep this device, but go with the Moto E815 instead (previous phones: StarTac, Moto i60c, Moto v551).

I have now been unable to answer two important calls because of what appears to be a major design flaw with the Verizon UI: if the phone is flipped-open, you can't answer an incoming call!! I have tried pressing the send button (and all the rest) ... nothing works.

On my partner's Moto E815 -- and, I presume, the Moto UI RAZRs -- a flipped-open phone offers 'dec...

Hmmmm..on the other phones with Verizon UI you can answer with the phone open, so it's not the UI.

🤭 The phone just needed to be restarted, and it seems to work fine now! Hmmmm ... I hope this isn't a recurring problem!
