OBEX hacking

Anyone know how to actually enable the OBEX for Razor V3c for it can fully like it was intended too? Anyway help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and Happy Holidays

OBEX is enabled, other bluetooth profiles are not and cannot be at this time...
