Vc3 Keypad Fix -- where did the post go?

I was reading a post (i think it was here) on how to fix the loose keypad on the vc3s. It involved taking the battery out and lifting up the black tape.

I have been looking for hours for that post so that I can follow the instructions step by step but I can't seem to find it again.

Anyone know where to look?

Thanks

No. You have to remove tape, which holds a cable in place in order to get to the metal tabs that hold the keypad in.
