My phone is always going into the silent mode.
I am always missing phone calls, the phone goes into the silent mode all the time.
Also there is now way to make the phone vibrate then ring like on the 815??

Your probably unknowingly pressing the buttons on the outside and changing that. NO VIBRATE+RING.
