Ring Style Changing When You Plug In the Charger

Whenever I plug in my Razr, even when the ring style is set to vibrate, it says Charging, then it changes the ring style to Master Volume (which is a loud song).
Is there a way to change this so it stays the same when you plug in the charger?!

I had the same thing happen. I had mine on silent, placed it in the charger and someone called me in the middle of the night in error.
Needless to say it scared the **** out of me.
I THINK Moto phones all work that way. I just had an LG VX 7000 (I loved that phone) and whatever you set the phone to do, it did.
