Yes, it's true. Problem after problem. Now this one freezes on me! I might just go back to my Samsung A670. My problems: Slow response after pressing any key on the key pad, freezes sometimes, battery life pathetic, and... Anybody else?

I think I got lucky for the first time b/c I have had problems with almost every other phone but this one is perfect. I am with ferndog. Try one more. Don't give up yet bc when you get a good one, it's an awesome phone.

In the past year I have owned 3 different phones, starting with the A670, then the CDM9900 and now the RAZR....my RAZR is perfect so far (bought it the day it came out), best reception out of the 3 and honestly my favorite. I cant understand all these people with problems with their phones...maybe I just lucked out...but I know 3 other people in diffent regions that have the RAZR and all of them say the same as me.

well i'm on my 1st and I have run into a "crashing" problem. One time was with accessing the pics in the library. For whatever reason it would take a long time to load certain pics and then the background would be the camera on (whatever the cam was seeing!?) I had to shut off (wouldn't) but for whatever reason it kinda did a "restart" and came back on.

The second crash was trying to turn the cell on. The keypad would light up but the screen was blank. I had to press the on key one more time and it came to life.

Other than that the cell has been awesome. I admit I have "tweaked" it so this could be a result of those two crashes but... reception is awesome, style & design is killer, features are on par (minus the VZW UI). Th...
