Motorola RAZR V3c

I am considering switching providers from T-Mobile to Verizon due to a couple of issues. I like T-Mobile but my company uses Verizon and it would be simpler if I used their same plan. However, I currently have a Nokia 6600 which - I must say - is a kick butt phone. It has more features than just about any phone I can find including:

Infra Red
Bluetooth
Calendar sync with Outlook (IR and BT)
Addressbook sync with Outlook (IR and BT)
Symbian O/S with a ton of apps
Speakerphone
Camera
MMC expandable memory
Tether to PC via BT or IR for Internet useage

Ok so now I'm spoiled because there simply is no phone currently out there that does all this. The Infra Red is one of the key differences because I find IR a lot easier to interface to a PC than bluetooth. However, I have narrowed down what I MUST have to a few features.

So my question for this forum is for Verizon Razr users. Will the Razr do this and what Verizon plan is required?

- Tether laptop to phone using Bluetooth for Internet usage
- Email photos taken with the phone (not Multimedia Message - email)
- Limited browsing with phone - like check movie times, maps, etc.
- Sync the addressbook with Outlook via bluetooth

These are the bare minimums I have gotten accustomed to and am not willing to part with. Is anyone doing this on Verizon and what wisdom can you share?
