How can i get an updated SW version? i got my phone 3 days ago and it has .02. Do i need to go into Verizon? Also...do u guys have any loose keypad problems? let me know thanks

My question is why you would want the .03 firmware? All that I see it does is disable the things Verizon couldn't in time to get it on the market for Christmas.
I flashed mine and my wife's RAZR's back to .02 and rather enjoy being able to add my own ringtones, pics and videos without aving to waste a text message or pay for a BIN download.

This is exactly right. The .03 firmware is a downgrade. There is nothing good about it. Some people have seen an improvement in menu lag, but I have not.
