Motorola RAZR V3c

What should I do? I am eligible for 2 fre razr's through Verizon, but all I've read makes me unsure that it's a really good phone. Plus, my wife doesn't care for it (but she could be talked into it). I'm also considering the E815, but that'll cost me $50.00, and it seems to be older technology. What do you all think?

I have found no problems with the RAZR. In fact I really like it. It works as well or better than most of the phones I have had in the recent past and it doesn't keep getting ripped off my belt because it has a slim profile.
Save the $50.00 and use it for insurance, or if you are like me and never get the insurance use it toward the purchase of a new phone later if you need to replace the RAZR.
