I need help with Streaming Media......

If someone can help me on this issue, I would really appreciate it. I own the MDA and let me first say it's an awesome phone. Its my first PDA device so I'm just now getting used to the PDA world.

Situation: I am able to go to sites such as killsometime.com; ebaumsworld, etc... and download their videos to my phone.

Question: Can I download or Stream music videos? I have gone to several sites such as www.youtube.com; music.aol.com; music.yahoo.com etc..... When I click on the video I want to watch. Some of the websites say "I need to download the latest version of Internet Explorer" and/or "I need to download Flash"

Do I need to download Flash onto my PC, then active sync it to my Pocket PC? If not, then what do I need to do?...

I have also tried this but it won't work with IE or Opera mini.

You can do normal videos though. I think the problem is Flash for Pocket PC won't allow you to stream.
