shutting the phone down
I have had a couple of programs freeze on me and I cannot figure out how to shut the phone down without removing the battery. Will this damage the phone and how can you shut it down or can you shut it down? Thanks!

Take your stylus out. Just to the left of your Ir port there is a small hole. Stick your stylus in there. That will Soft reset your phone.

To power off the phone, press and hold the button on the top right of the phone, next to the mini slot. I use this when at meetings while using a wireless mike. Even with phone on vibrate, the email search will cause an interference in the wireless mike.
