Is the i870 bluetooth compatible with a BMW car? I really would like to know, can anyone help me with this question.

I paired the i870 with a 2006 BMW M5, The functions were not all working, such as the phonebook transfer and I am not sure if the phone was properly set up to allow transfer or if it is not supported. The 850 Motorola Verizon does phonebook transfer so I would think it is possible if the phone is set properly refer to page 160 to 168 of 1870 users manual JIM LONG
