Ok here is my question. When they took care of my phone they didn't program the user name and password for my phone for vision. Does anyone know what it is. like user name, is it #@sprintpcs.com... I dont know, hopefully one of you guys know and are still checking the thread

There is no username/password combo for Vision from your handset. You phone is logged on automatically. You will probably want to leave the settings as they were.

"Sprint" +
"Celluar line" +
"#777".
