Go to a Verizon store and they will do one of two things:
1. Give you a transfer of liability form so you can put it into the name of your company.
2. Give you a brand new account application, and you fill out the company section instead.
Either way you obviously have to be an authorized representative of the company, and you have to provide the EIN. They run your company's credit and all that good stuff.

I spoke with my business rep today and he said it will be available to business customers on 1/5, and everyone else on 1/19.
