AGAIN! Verizon let's me down
2 phones ordered yesterday, paid for the next day air and was promised that we would receive them today. When fed ex left my office without bringing me my phone, I called Verizon. The say they have no record of the order...Nice job Verizon!

Well I disagree with you version does on phone tell you they can overnight and be the nextday so you are just plain wrong. and the fact they couldnt find they order would tell me. no matter how long he waited he would not get the phone

Web orders are placed in a que and then processed manually by a person. This takes 2-5 days. Until the person fulfils the order, there is no record on the account

Vatohthe0, Your comments would hold water, but here is my problem. I ordered two phones. xv6700 and treo 700. xv shows up as promised and my business partner has his phone for the trip. The same order my treo dosent show up in time but shows up 4 days later. The comment from the customer service agent was " since the order was placed before 5 pm both phones will be there tomorrow" and I was still charged for next day air...Like I said "WAY TO GO VERIZON!
