Finding more "mobile" sites

I am having a really hard time finding some mobile websites. I mean, its cool that PIE can display a regular webpage. But for example, when I had a regular Sprint phone (Sanyo 5600), I had a nice mobile version of CNN.

Now I can't get CNN to work for the life of me. And no, I am not interested in AvantGo when I had Wifi and EVDO.

I even used my old Sprint phone and went to:
http://mobile.cnn.com/xhtml/en/us/i.html »

And it wont let me view it. Even though I did it right there on my Sanyo! They must be only allowing certain IP blocks (from Sprints network) and maybe even reading the User Agent.

So does anybody have a list of good mobile websites or a website (which I can access from my 6700) that has a categorized list of links? Ma...

Google has a good home page for mobile that lets you add content. You can also view a stripped down version of most we sites using Google tool at:

www.google.com/gwt/n

espn is:

also www.google.com/gwt/ will allow you to enter a url and it will shrink the site. ;)
