Not possible to use 1XRTT or EVDO at the same time as the phone: They use the same radio.
there is, however, a registry edit to allow you to use wifi and phone at the same time. I don't have it handy -- but you can google it.

Find "MutexFlag" Key and modify its value from '1' to '0'.
