yahoo or aol instant messenger???
Note that on PPC phones, instant messenging is IP based. It uses your data connection, instead of your txt messages. So on one hand, it's nice not to burn up txts, but on the other hand, you can't be connected to AIM and on the phone at the same time. Also, AIM does not seem to be able to keep the data connection alive. It disconnects after a short amount of time.
Finally, mobile AIM, for me at least, will NOT connect if I'm signed on from somewhere else.
The solution? Use remote desktop to log on to my home computer, sign off AIM, then sign on from my phone. 🙂
