How in the world do I pull pics of this phone. It wont let me when I bring out of the folder and put them on my desktop my laptop doesn't recognize the pics am I doing something wrong??

should be pretty straight forward. once you have your phone docked, you should be able to go to your pictures folders, and drag and drop them on your computer. are you getting any errors?
what are the extensions of the pictures? do you have a picture viewer on your computer that will read these picture formats? ...
