PHM Registry Editor

Hey... I'm having a problem finding this 'PHM Registry Editor' online. I find like a million listings from Goolgle.Com, but the few links I find don't seem to be working any longer. Does anyone have the Exact Link that I'll need for this? Or is there a better Registry Editor out there?

Also, I'd like to apologize in advance for my lack of knowledge about PDA/Smartphones. This will be my FIRST, so I'm sure I'll have a few more questions. I have, however, read through this forum a few times, so I already know a lot about what I'll need to do. 'Thanks' to all of you who have posted such helpful information.

Thank you, Proto... I certainly bookmarked that link/site being as there seems to be a lot of very useful info and programs there... However, I'm kind of looking for a "Free" PHM Reg Ed.? I'm sorry, I should've been more specific.
