Aol and Internet Explorer Upgrade

Hi... I am new to this phone, and I have a few questions about e-mail and updating internet explorer. I want to have my aol email sent directly to my phone.. Is this possible? How? and also when I go to aol.com it say's that my browser needs to be updated.. How do I update Internet explorer.. Also, I want to use AIM.. How do I get that on my phone?

No...email cannot be sent to your phone from AOL. unless you have the AOL application. As far as IM, you can use either AOL or AIM. As far as i know, you cannot update IE.
