How fast
Is the xv6700 a fast phone? i was in verizon today playing with a display one, and the phone was responding pretty slowly. i dont know if the phone's slow or if the display model was just old or something

The display might have been in need of a soft reset. I can't say the phone is terribly fast, but I do know that if you have several programs running and/or havent dont a soft reset in a while then it will run much slower.

This may be a dumb question but how do you do a soft reset? I just got this phone and while the possibilites are endless on it I am clueless right now as to what programs to use, how to close things in the background since the simple X in the top right doesnt do that. I dont know how to use ringtones for alerts or make my gmail account work properly or how to make the battery last since it didnt even last the whole day the other day with minimal internet use and 20 min worth of phone calls. Any help would be appreciated with these concerns above.. Especially with necessary programs so I can optimize my phone to what it is fully capable of.

Yeah I'd assume if it was a display model it doesn't have the latest software on it and has a lot of programs running in the background.
