Yes the warranty is for hardware. What about software? Do you know if there is something that will cover that? Or does the warranty cover everything? (this is through Verizon)

no verizon will just tell you to do a hard reset to go back to stock. if there is a software issue they will tell you to go back to factory software and recommend you dont do it again. UNLESS your phone was actually really messed up by this software. but chances are its just your treo thats messing up, not the software.
